if we purchace Road construction Machinary against Form "C" Like Roller, JCB, Excavator etc. from other State then what about Entry Tax and what is the Entry Tax rate For Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat.

JCB, Excavator are Chargeble to Entry Tax in Bihar But Rate of Entry tax is Diffrent in Each State, It is 8% Taxable in Bihar
In Madhya Pradesh it is chargeable with 1%.......MJk
