1. Whether entry tax is applicable on Imported goods
2. Goods transferd form one branch to antother branch after using 5 years

Entry tax is payable on imported goods also. Once ET is paid on goods at the time entry it is valid for their life time. During their repeated movements,to and fro, no further liability arises. But, records should be maintained to show that such goods have already suffered ET.......mjk
