we dont show stationry A/c in th books becoz it is of a vary low value....n we write off statnry evry year frm p/L acc......

Generally stationery items supposed to expensed as and when purchased and this very account head normally shown under the group indirect expenses. more over these items not supposed to be life even for a year. thus these were expensed as and when purchased.
