Some of my clients could not complete the Enrolment procedure by the deadline and now their GSTIN stands cancelled.I would like to know as to what is the date of cancellation ,is it 31st march.and if so,what would happen to the laiblity till date oaf cancellation,How to see this,as the portal doesnt allow to enter to see and also not showing any date of cancellation.

You will get a mail about cancelling order bearing a reference number. Then with that number you may track the order. I am not sure about this but please check your mail.
