Sir I have rented a new concern since Sep 16th 2015. For which I have not paid the Tds amount of 5000 per month till now. I have just applied for the Tds number and would like to pay the Complete pending Tds amount till now with the penalty. Could you please advise the penalty fee and the late fee that I need to pay.
interest 1.5% per month or part thereof..........& penalty fee Rs. 200 per day or TDS amount whichever lower....this penalty is for delay in filing return.......remaining details u can get after downloading "justification report"........
