I give 2 month notice period from my firm..
my principal says you have to pay GST on your 2 month pay..
becz
employee - employer relation comes to end when you give notice for job change...

employer employer relation comes to end when you will serve your notice period and get the relieving letter. in any ways you are not liable to pay any gst as you are an unregistered person and if you are providing any service then reverse charge will be applicable and in that case your employer needs to pay gst .
