I want to know about the Employees provident fund applicability in case of amount paid to Driver. The Driver's is/are hire as per requiremment, not from any agency.

The PF liability is applicable irrespective of the job the employee is doing (even if the employee is driver, if he is on payroll of the company, not on Agency's payrol.). If PF is applicable otherwise, you will have to deduct employee share, and add employers share. And Deposit to govt as per regulations.
