Hello,
Is it possible to bring a Company 'A' and Company 'B' ( 2 companies of same Group) under one Common Trust.
Employees of Company 'A' are already part of Employee Welfare Trust. Is it possible to bring Company B Employees under the
same trust.?
Please advice.

Hi Santosh,
Its possible, if you already have deed in place, plz check purpose of trust and to what extent benefit can be extended.
Otherwise have a seprate amended deed in place.
