I would indeed refer Replicon's employee time tracking software which I had been using and its a great tool with simple user interface. This web based application can be quickly installed and used from anywhere, totally hassle free even for first time users.

Ive used rescue time since it started but it was really only good if you use it on yourslef.

It doesnt track tasks, so i do a lot of facebook marketing, and it looks like i spend all my time on facebook.

Time Doctor is a bit different where you enter your tasks and then it asks you which one you are working on, it takes screenshots at intervals if you can get away with that (we wouldnt be able to do that) and you can see what clients have had what hours in the reports to management......highly recommend it.

Labortimetracker sounds to be a good tool for time tracking, but we are already using Replicon Inc - project tracking software and are well satisfied with their tracking, especially their indepth tracking that includes time on of a project, time off of a project, time spent on project and activities, project bill, cost, proceedings, etc.
