Employee salary calculations

Say Salary 25,000 for 30/31 days depending upon the month

If 30 days month & 8 LOP = 25000/30 x 8  

if 31 days month & 8 LOP  = 25000/31 x 8 

But everything depends upon Management policy on Salary since some company calculate on 26/27days excluding sundays or for the whole month as the case may be subject to leveave eligibility of the employee
