Hi,
I have a question..
If any permanent employee working for XKG Pvt. ltd company, and his gross salary is 25,000/-.
So kindly guide me regarding my below mentioned queries.
1) How to calculate his net salary for 22 days (If considered as LWP for 8 days)..??
2) What is Pro-rata basis salary..?? and how to calculate for the same.

Say Salary 25,000 for 30/31 days depending upon the month
If 30 days month & 8 LOP = 25000/30 x 8
if 31 days month & 8 LOP = 25000/31 x 8
But everything depends upon Management policy on Salary since some company calculate on 26/27days excluding sundays or for the whole month as the case may be subject to leveave eligibility of the employee
