Tax planning 719 views 1 replies

Hi All,

Please help me with a quick advice as to what all heads are legally allowed to be re-imbursed to the employees like Petrol, Driver, News & Periodicals, Attendants, etc.

I wish to have a effective tax-planning so that i can arrange for salary braek-up accordingly.

Thanks

There is no word legal reimbursement.

For any expendture, which is due on employer and employer is liable to make payment of such expendituer but paid by employee during the exericise of his employement.

Employer can reimburse such expenses to the employee (it also depends on terms on employement)

Some reimburesements are taxable in hands of employee and some not, based on provisions of Section 10(14) r.w rule 2BB.
