Our co have One Sided Employee Bond (SLA).
Could any one please let me know after signing the One Sided Employee Bond (SLA) by the employee it is mandatory to give a xrox copy to the emploee.
Your good suggestion are welcome.

If you have signed, than just take a copy. but if you have not signed, dont cut your hands until extremly required...
