In which category do the highly qualified and highly paid engineers falls into of electronics manufacturing unit who works in the various departments like production, embedded,purchase etc. who are managers/supervisors or non managerial e.g. Production Engineer ,are they considered as workman or non workman category of employment, and are labour laws applicable to them?
