sag genius provides a solution for this. All communications from ITD comes directly into software. as I didn't avail that feature, i use client mails. as primary contact is restricted to 10, i am facing seve issues
Would you be interested in email ids for your clients at a low cost annually, if yes how much are you willing to pay for each email id per client
i will create emails my self for 10 clients. i presently have 13 mails. if client uses an email, i use his email and make my email as secondary contact
Do you use free email ids like gmail, yahoo, hotmail for your clients
