I filed my IT returns 2013-2014 financial year. But i wrongly entered my email ID instead of @ gmail.com i entered @ mail.com. Kidly give a suggestion on what needs to done on this issue. Can i Re file the ITR once again???

Don't worry the communication will be made by the department on your registered contact details , so mistake in ITR details will not matter...

I just found an option in www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in that it is allowing to change the ITR particulars form which comes under E-File menu > Change ITR Form Particulars. The changes will not reflect in the ITR. but the information will only be used for processing.
