We request our Superintendent to change our email and mobile officially by giving a letter on company letter head.
on calling she replied it was updated from her side and we can reset the password by our self.
But when we try forgot password the portal it is asking for previous login id then we feed in our login id and requested for OTP.
the portal is poping the message that the userid does not exist. please visit your jurisdiction for new user id and password.
I am not getting what to do.... we contacted our superintendent with same information on phone... she is replying the same stating
this was modified from my side.. please contact GST Authorities for further clarification. when we contact gst help desk they are
replying that who ever modified their email and mobile... they were not updated as there is a technical problem. and team is
working on it. they have given a master ticket number for us as a reference. if we do not submit returns in time they will charge
interest,late fees etc.
we are worried about it. how this problem can be resolved fast. GST help desk is simply saying we will inform you when the
problem is solved.... kindly help us with the solution.
