I have one doubt, I am investing in Mutual Fund ELSS Scheme in my wife name. She is homemaker. Can I claim income tax exemption. Please quote the section and If any order available.

No, you cannot claim the said investment u/s. 80C. Only the amount invested in your name is eligible.

No. Not eligible for deduction in any other section.
Moreover, capital gains on redemption of the units will be clubbed in your account.
