As per my understanding if you get yourself registered latest by sept 30 than in June 2012 you may go for all 4 groups.
For better understanding directly have a chat with ICSI officials.

Students who have passed/completed both modules of Executive exam ination are advised to seek compulsory enrolment for undergoing coaching for the Professional Programme on payment of Rs. 7500/- towards postal tuition fee.
Eligible for ALL the Modules
Enrolled between 1st December 2010 to 28th February 2011, For December 2011 Professional Programme Examination
Eligible for Any Two Modules
Enrolled between 1st March 2011 to 31st May 2011 For December 2011 Professional Programme Examination
