As per my understanding if you get yourself registered latest by sept 30 than in June 2012 you may go for all 4 groups.
For better understanding directly have a chat with ICSI officials.

Students who have passed/completed both modules of Executive exam ination are advised to seek compulsory enrolment for undergoing coaching for the Professional Programme on payment of Rs. 7500/- towards postal tuition fee.

 Eligible  for ALL the Modules

Enrolled between  1^st December 2010 to 28^th February 2011, For December 2011 Professional Programme Examination

Eligible  for Any Two  Modules

Enrolled between  1^st March 2011 to 31^st May 2011 For  December  2011 Professional Programme Examination
