Eligibility to write ca final examination

Hi friends, I've cleared intermediate 1st group in PE 2 stream in May 2007, then discontinued studies due to personal hurdles. I have then cleared 2nd group in PCC/IPCC stream under Unit scheme in the month November 2012

But, yet to give articleship training. Could any one advise me how can I continue with Final exams ?

I have worked as 'audit assistant' for a year in 2006. Could that count for articleship period ?
