If a person got a good percentage of marks in CA CPT exam in his 2nd or 3rd attempt ,which is among the top ten % holders in that exam.
In that case does ICAI include that person's name in merit list ?

yes..attempts do not matter..if u gave all 4,6 or 8 subjects whichever level...n u top..den u definetely get a rank..coz rank is based on top 50 students marks..top 10 for cpt...
