If I rcvd a pan 10 days ago can I file itr of fy 22-23

Yes, you can, provided major in FY 2022-23.

1. above threshold limit or not.
2. above 18 years of age or not.
3. pan adhaar linked or not.

Yes, you can file... there's no bar or restrictions
