Do you use the Motor Vehicle ( Two Wheeler ) to transport goods ??? Did you claimed ITC on GST portion on purchase of the Two Wheeler ???
Whether these Motor Vehicles are purchase for transportation of Goods???
Two wheeler can in no case be considered a motor vehicle used for transportation even if it is actually used.
