If one has completed CA, whether graduation is required for mcom f&t ignou?

As per eligibility condition you have to fulfill both the conditions of being graduate + ca student....check the link...https://www.ignou.ac.in/upload/programme/B.ComAfMcoft.pdf
(Page A-6)....Still its better if U contact either ignou or icai for details or any exemption if available.
