For ur quary i believe last date of joining articleship is 31st oct.2008. And as far as old/new course is concerned , i believe she can still opt old course But it is strongly recommended to opt new course .

ok.thts clear.wen wil she b eligible to appear for her final if she opts for new scheme/or she stays wit the old scheme.wil there b any delay in new scheme?? and the respective duration of articleship under new & old scheme..

Right now i donot have accurate inform. but nov. 2009 may be the first CA final new course exam.

The last CA. Final attempt under the old scheme is Nov, 2009. They Students who pass in May'08 PE-II have to shift in new scheme in which Ist attempt for CA. Final becomes due after completion of 2&1/2 years of articleship. One should get registered for articleship before Nov1,2008 to have attempt in May,2011.

k..she has heard tht she can register for articleship before her results and the same will be counted from the day she registers. is tht true?please reply asap.  she is writin PE-II and Not PCC
