Respected frieds, if, a IPCC student declared pass in May, 2013 IPCC exams, when did the eligibility for FINALs to attend ? Subject to, 1. If articleship has been already completed long back in 90's. 2. when the ITT or other registration has to be completed as if the time counted by now?

If you have completed ur articleship in 90's, i salute u for making this Motivational come back.
U need to fill the IPCC conversion form with a fee's of Rs.500 only before 31-jan-13 and complete IIT computer certificate by May-13. That would make u eligible to write IPCC in May'13.
And since u have complete articleship already, u can write CA final exams in Nov13.
