Eligibility for becoming rank holder

Is it possible for a student to get a rank in pcc or final in his second attempt assuming that the student failed in his first attempt???

Ya....There are many who have got ranks in their second and even third attempts...

attempts doesn't really matter, what matters is the attempt in which u did the finest preparation............
