I am a CA Final(new course) student.... would like to know that do i have to submit any papers for getting my eligibility certificate.... hwever i did not get any papers alongwith my study material which came by post from the institiute

You need to pass CC Papers which normaly comes alongwith modules. If you did not get it then inform Institute about it or you can get the same from you Friend.
No postals in Final new course...... therefore no EC
