I am eligible to write in Nov 2008 C.A. Final Exam. But i have not yet received my Eligibility Certificate? When shall I recieve it from the institute? I have sent the required 4 test paapers and got them corrected.

even i didn't receive it when i was doing PE-II, then i went to the Regional office only then i received.
so pls. go there & confirm atleast 3 months earlier.
