NGO run under the soceities Act, some members have been resigned in certain date from the board and at that place several members admitted, In my question is Election would held in Extra-ordinary Body Meeting and tha same would filed in appropriate authorities within the stipulated time.

As per my suggestion first check the by-laws of your society. There must be some provision/direction regarding admission of new members.
