Einvoice for petrol pump

Dear team my one client is running petrol pump he got the notice from CGST regarding generation of e invoice but petrol and diesel comes into non GST and some time he sale oil also to B2c and B2B client. What reply should be given regarding generation of e invoice

You can give reply to the notice of CGST as follows. "Dear CGST Department, Re: Notice regarding generation of e-invoice We are writing this on behalf of our client, [Client's Name], who runs a petrol pump and has received the notice regarding the generation of e-invoices. We would like to bring to your attention that petrol and diesel are exempt from GST, as per the GST Council's decision. However, our client does sell oil occasionally to B2C and B2B clients, which may be subject to GST. In light of this, we request clarification on the following: 1. Are we required to generate e-invoices for the sale of petroleum products (petrol and diesel), which are exempt from GST? 2. If yes, please provide guidance on how to proceed. 3.
