Dear all,
One of my Company's Director has been appointed on the Board of the Company which is non- profit making Association (section 25), Now this association was incorporated in 2012 and we have become member of the asscoaition in 2015.
Now , CS of the Assciation is asking Form INC 10 from my Director.
Does this form is required to be filed by each and every new director of the company who is not subscriber to the memorandum of association,
Please reply , do we need to send this form.
