I have availed deduction under section 80RRB while filing my ITR-1 for FY 14-15 (AY 15-16). Since there was no provision for attaching form 10CCE while efiling, do I need to seperately efile scanned copy of the same ?

Just see this link of efiling

1) Down load form 10CCE fill it and generate XML offiline
2) Connect to internet and log in to efiling with ur PAN and password
3) In Efile -> forms other than ITR select 10CCE -> assesment year .
4) select X M L file already generated in 1
5) submit and upload
