Efiling log-in problem

Sir,

While trying to log-on to www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in using the PAN & Password, instead of log-in, we are getting following message:

"Tax payer can use the NetBanking facility provided by the Banks to login to e-filing portal to avail all the e-filing services and manage the profile."

And also a list of 34 banks providing e-filing login facility is givn.

But we don't want to use this facility. W are prefering the facilities provided in the www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.

Kindly advice to solve this issue.

The Income Tax Department has blocked/ disabled the e-Filing account of the members whose correct PAN details are not available with the Department.

Either login through net banking, or contact helpline for any solution.

Ask your client's bank details for net banking. Then login ITD portal via net banking. After login change the login mode and pw.....

I am logging in with netbanking (HDFC). then going to ITR filing..

It directs me to the IT portal, but the site gets struck at LOADING......... 

Please suggest a way out. Please help

I am facing same issue while trying to login through ICICI / IDBI bank. It keeps on loading. Login using efiling portal takes me to login through net banking. There is no resolution after the issue was raised through email about 15 days back. Please do update when you get a resolution. I too would update.

First check whether the email ID with e-filing portal & bank KYC match exactly.

Even after that it doesn't open, but gets buffering; that is bank's software problem, but the account gets registered with e-filing portal. (may be bank's site gets overloaded, and hence such provision by bank's engineers!!).

Better try alternative option/s.

That is because you would have opted for double verification to login, which included net banking; while updating your profile.

Only option is either bank's net banking devise should allow you to open the site; or get help from e-filling helpline to remove the additional verification.

Is there any way i caan cancel login through netbanking without loging into my account. I am unable to log into my account because of the above error

Contact helpline, to solve the issue, or through DSC.

Log in through net banking is working now at least through ICICI and IDBI. You may try.

Login thru net banking started working today. I tried thru IDBI and ICICI bank,
