Effective Date of E-Invoice Issue
Adding the sales in the month of March 2023 will exceed 10 crores in the financial year 2022-23. Then from which date the E-Invoice should be issued

You need to issue e-invoice from 1st April 2023 only
From Next F.Y 2023-24.
Note : Even though In midway of FY the turnover get exceeded the threshold limit of 10 crore the E-invoice is always be applicable from subsequent FY

What's the turnover?
if it's crossing 10 crores then e invoice is mandatory.
