why effective capital calculated accordind to sech xiii. it is different from net assets . i need a reason for calculating effective capital said in co act.

Effective capital is not calculated acording to schedule xiii. Schedule xii lays down the slabs for payment of remuneration as per the effective capital of the company . based on the B/S of teh co for the last day of the preceeding F.Y.
