HI WE HAVE EXPORTED OUR PRODUCTS TO THE CONSIGNEE IN IRAN THROUGH A BUYER IN ABU DHABI, UAE. THE PAYMENT ALSO WILL BE RECEIVED FROM BUYER IN USD.
PLEASE LET US KNOW HOW TO CLOSE EDPMS IN THIS CASE AS CITI BANK IS REFUSIG TO ACCEPT THE DOCUMENTS.

Why CITI bank refuse to accept the documents?
Dear CS M Pota,
Since Iran is an US Sanctioned list of country. CITI Bank is not accepting the documents for EBRC. would you suggest a solution for this.

Do you have any other Bank as your Banker other than CITY Bank?
