Dear Sir/Madam,
Ecommerce Seller having own Website or Webportal platform to sell his products and having only one business place, what types of GST returns is required for them?
To my understanding GSTR8 comes only for e-commerce operator like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal and etc. Those operators allow third party people to sell their business through webportal managed by them.
Sir my confusion here on return filing aspect, a person who does e-commerce sales through own web portal should file GSTR8?. Please clarify me in this regard.
