Mill sent good to sangari party along with eway bill.

Not required. if Mill has issued E-way bill for movement of goods from his palce to your customer place that is enough.
You can issue tax invoice in your customer name and no need of one more E-way bill because there is no movement of goods from your palce to your customer palce.
