EB Bill and Property Tax Receipt for GST Registration

I already submitted the application, the tax authority wants address proof of Principal Place of Business, online EB Bill copy and online Property Tax Payment Receipt.

The issue is, the TNEB card doesn't have proper address of the building, and the owner of the property has paid local panchayat bills (as Property Tax) in which there is no option to download online receipt.

Please guide if I can upload in-hand receipt given by local panchayat and TNEB Card not having address of the PPOB for GST Registration. Thanks

You're facing issues with GST registration due to: 1. _TNEB card_: The card doesn't have the proper address of the building. 2. _Local panchayat bills_: The property tax receipts don't have an option for online download. To resolve this: 1. _TNEB card_: - Obtain a written confirmation from TNEB stating the correct address. - Get a revised TNEB card with the correct address, if possible. 2. _Local panchayat bills_: - Upload the in-hand receipt given by the local panchayat. - Provide a declaration or an affidavit stating that the property tax has been paid and the receipt is not available online. Additionally: - Provide alternative documents to establish the address, such as: - Sale deed - Rent agreement - Electricity bill (if available) - Any other government-issued document  Remember to keep all documents and communications related to your GST registration application, as you may need to provide them to the authorities.
