Now let me give a feedback in one part in the contents,

In the 4th page,

w.r.t deduction for gratuity, you have given the following info.

But i doubt whether there is an error in point nos. 2 & 5 that, isn't the provision in the way mentioned below?

 2) 15 days salary out of 26 days salary based on last drawn salary multiplied by number of completed years of service

5) Half month days salary based on last 10 month average multiplied by number of completed years of service
