Earthwork gst rate..

A private firm provided service to another private firm. will service provider charge gst 5% or 18% ? (Type of service is totally earthwork)

It depends on work order and billing.
But this will be service bill.

In term of Notification 11/2017 CT (R)
It's 18% , but if provided to Govt it's 5%

So I told it will depend on the nature of work order and billing.
But will be service bill.

By nature 18% for government 5%

The querist has already clarify the nature of work & to whom its being provided & also the rate , so he is requiring only , what rate will applicable
