if I have not transporter id then what to do we can generate e waybill.

tranpoter ID is optional
no transporter id mandatory on the portal
THERE ARE TWO OPTIONS
ONE IS TRANSPORTER ID OR VEHICLE DETAILS
YOU SHOULD ENTER ONE OF THEM
