Eway Bill 3852 views 17 replies

A - manufacturer in Indore

B - supplier in Mumbai

C- end consumer in Delhi

B wants to sell goods to C and dispatch it directly from A's Factory to save on transportation cost.

In this case is the following paper trail proper and sufficient??

A makes an invoice for B and an e way bill from A to B

(A's invoice or e way bill does not have any mention about the shipment to C)

B makes an Invoice on C and an eway bill from B to C. In the e waybill B mentions, in the dispatch from option ,of the eway Bill the Address Of A(ie the manufacturer)

E-way bill generated by A putting all details of invoice issued to B. Shipping address on E-way bill is of C
If shipping details of C are entered in e way bill then the end customer,C gets disclosed To A, the manufacturer this way B will loose it's Business
Will the paper trail not be complete without without Disclosing C's details to A??
Yes u r right everyone is worried on the point u raise,. but nothing can be done we have follow law

The Main thing of entire process we used to practice here in the scanner for the best use we need to do some of the tricks just you need to carry a simple work for the entire link and the scanner should be restarted if it is not working check here Quickbooks Help

MR SHUSHIL JI

AS PER CIRCULAR 41/15/218 DT. 13.4.18

THE EWAY BILL NO. MAY BE AVAILABLE TO PERSON IN CHARGE OF CONVEYANCE AS A  PRINTOUT, SMS OR MAY BE WRITTEN ON INVOCICE

SO MAY THIS CIRCULAR MIGHT GIVE SOME RELIEF IN NOT DISCLOSE THE PRICES TO RECEPIENT

I still have not found the answer to my question that whether "Will the paper trail not be complete without Disclosing C's details to A?? "
No.....
If B does not want to let know end recipient to A, then the paper trail should be. : 1)A makes bill to B with eway bill. 2) B makes bill to C without eway bill for time purpose. 3) Truck loads from A destined to B with eway bill. 4) After few km, truck stops, now proceed to C instead of B with documents of invoice from B to C and new eway bill generated by B for the destination C. With this paper trail, A and C will never come to know each other in this transaction.
