Is the registration closed for eway bill nowa as of now?
Unable to do that on site...
Also a query, if I purchase goods from Agra to be delivered in Mumbai, do I have to raise the e way bill or the Supplier??

who is registered in gst liable to generate eway bill ... it can be receipient,supplier,transporter no boundation on it ...
you can make eway bill as trail basis from portal still available ...
