if we are sending goods within our UP state (INTRASTATE MOVEMENT) ,can we required to make eway bill if value of both bills are 40000 and 30000 respectively to
different GSTIN holders, consolidated value is 70000 dispatched through 1 truck

I have query which is mentioned herein below :
Company "A" having GST registration under two different states (One in Delhi & Other is in Gujarat).
My Query in relation to aforesaid company "A" :
Can Delhi Branch adjust its IGST Liability of a particular month (Say June-18) against IGST credit / Input of Gujarat branch ?
If Yes - Then "How"?

no ....since it is different gst registration so you cannot setoff tax
thanks sir, but this notification is for resuming of eway bill in UP from April 2018,,,,,,, which was defered in February 2018, As per Notification 15/2018 CT , clause 7, rule 2 of Notification 12/2018 CT , No need to generate E-way Bill
Hi Everyone,
We were using new vehicles for demonstraction purpose (for showing the vehicles @ customer premises).Since being the new vehicles we were generating E-way Bills in the name of customers under "Supply Type - others" and the % of conversion of demostraction to sales is 10%.My question is if we generated eway bills in the name of customers for demonstraction and the sale is not made, how we can reconcile the Eway Bills aganist the sale,if tax authorites have asked.
