ek hosiery job worker goods delivery korta hai company ko. distance 80 km intra state, goods value 2,50,000. eway bill kon generate korega supllier or reciever? please help

agar INTERA-STATE hai toh no Eway bill is required ( except in Karnataka state)
01/07/2018 ka bad kaya hoga future ke liye
1/7/18 ke baad local 50000/ exceed hone per Eway generate karna hai, distance ka exemption 50 k m ka hai Jo ki transporter place thak bhejne ka hai
