E-WAY Bill (Intrastate)
Sir can i make the eway bill in back date i.e Invoice date is 01/06/2018 can i generate E-WAY bill on 15/06/2018.

Why so much delay.
@ Vinod Babu Sir I am asking it for safe side.the goods are already shipped without any checking.This is just safe side so that at the time of filing the GSTR3B, GSTR1 we should not found faulty.Sir please is it safe if the goods is being shipped or should i generate it.
If already delivered, no need to generate eway bill.

If goods is to shipped currently then you have to generate eway bill if consignment value more than 50k and by motorized conyeance.

as per my openion , you can issue e waybill . but must be mention the present delivery date in invoice ...
No... Difficulties will not be there while filing 3B returns or GSTR1 returns.
