Hi all,
Has e way bill concept been made mandatory and has it been replaced by Ds-2 which the party who initiate movement of goods inter state was made to issue under dvat?
If e way bill has been made mandatory , then who all needs to get registered and what is the procedure for generating e way bill above 50,000?

Government will notify effective date after some days.
every Registered person liable for eway bill for movement of goods.
If Registered person not issue eway bill than transporter liability for the same.
