Kindly Refer annexure 14 of Rule 138 of CGST Act for supply goods on which Eway is not required.

I read the annexure but let me tell about the priducts so that i get assured that whatever im thinking dats correct
.The products are Aata,Dal,Maida,Suzi..supplied under firm name xxxxxxx traders .There is no registered trademeark of firm but they supply it in packets of say 500gms,1 kg,5 kgs etc.
Referring to annxure 14 of rule 138 of CGST rules, I found hsn codes of my goods in the annexure.The HSN codes applicable are:1101,1103,1106,0713.
Now if my goods are TRANSPORTED by MOTORIZED VEHICLE,but goods are those as are mentioned in annexure 14,that means no e way bill is required,irrespective of value of goods.Is this statement correct??
