E-way bill

The answer is zero. You cannot travel without an eway bill for a single kilometer if the value of goods excedes 50,000..You can travel up to 50 kms without filling part B of the eway bill, if you are transporting the goods through a transporter. That means you should have filled Part A.

There is no such Distance limit.

E-way needs to be generated once your Consignment Value exceeds Rs.50,000. No matter how much kilometer the vehicle is traveling, once CV exceeds 50,000 you need to generate an e-way bill.

Provisio Under Sub-rule (5) of Rule 138 , Where the Goods are transported for distance of upto 50km within state to Transporter Place for further delivery , Part A of EWB-01 only require to fill.

So only in this case the E-way is not required ( Part B not required to be fill)

Note : Put the Transporter ID so the transporter able to generate the same
